Refund Policy
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, and we want to explain why plainly.
Why Not
EliteChess is a digital service, and you can try it fully before you pay. There is a generous free tier, and every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial, so you can experience everything Knight and Queen unlock before any card is ever charged. That trial is our refund policy: you never have to pay for something you haven't used.
Cancelling Instead
You can cancel your subscription at any time — from the Manage subscription link on your Paddle receipt, or by emailing support@elitechess.coach. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are never charged again after cancelling. Cancelling is always free.
Your Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law of your country.
Billing Questions
Paddle is the merchant of record for EliteChess subscriptions, so "Paddle" is the name you'll see on your card statement. For anything about a charge, a renewal, or your subscription, email support@elitechess.coach — we usually get back within a day or two.
