Terms of Service

Using EliteChess

Please use EliteChess by hand, not with bots or scripts. We want the platform to stay fair and fast for everyone. Accounts found using automated access may be suspended.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep EliteChess reliable and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update or modify the platform from time to time to improve the experience.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you notice unusual activity, please let us know right away.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll do our best to notify you about significant changes. Continuing to use EliteChess after an update means you accept the new terms.
